Hospitality Management minor

A hospitality management minor consists of a minimum of 18 credits in that particular discipline and requires one 1000-level course and two 3000- and/or 4000-level courses. The remainder may be chosen from current discipline course offerings at any level and are determined by the student and academic advisor.

HOSP 1135 Introduction to Hospitality
HOSP 2135 Purchasing
HOSP 2150 Hotel and Lodging Operations

Choose three (3) of the following, at least 2 at the
3/4000 level:

HOSP 1175 Customer Service (2 credits)
HOSP 2130 Meeting and Convention Planning
HOSP 3110 Event Fundraising & Sponsorship
HOSP 3115 Advanced Hospitality Management
HOSP 4200 Quantity Food Production
SRM 4120 Resort Recreation
Ensure a minimum of 18 credits earned
